Stephen R. Eubank
STEPHEN R. EUBANK, is a native of Campbell County, Virginia, where he attended Brookville High School. He is a 1991 graduate of the College of William and Mary, focusing on History and Government. In 1994, he received his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond. At T.C. Williams, honors and affiliations included receiving the Lawyers Cooperative Book Award in Bankruptcy, placing as a National Quarterfinalist in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, and the Moot Court Board. He has also served on the Editorial Boards of the University of Richmond Law Review and the Virginia Lawyer, and has authored publications for the Maryland Journal of International Law and Trade and Michie's Maritime Law Reporter. Mr. Eubank is a member of the Amherst-Nelson Bar Association (President, 1999; Vice-President, 1998; Secretary, 1995-97), the Lynchburg Bar Association (Director, 2008 – present), and the Virginia State Bar, including serving on the Bar's Speakers' Bureau. He is also a member of the Federalist Society. Mr. Eubank is admitted to all Virginia State Courts; U.S. District & Bankruptcy Courts (Western District of Virginia); and the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
