Shrader Law Office is an established law firm serving Amherst, Lynchburg and Central Virginia for nearly 30 years. Our attorneys are experienced criminal and civil courtroom litigators. We are also a general practice firm, able to assist clients with most legal matters.

Our firm was founded by J. Thompson (Tom) Shrader in 1982. Stephen R. (Steve) Eubank joined the firm in 1994. With 45 years of combined experience and a dedicated support staff, our attorneys can provide legal counsel and trial advocacy in numerous areas of the law such as:

Tom Shrader is a native of Amherst and has practiced law here for more than three decades. He currently serves as Commissioner of Accounts for Amherst and Nelson Counties and formerly served as both Escheator and County Attorney for Amherst County. Steve Eubank is a trial lawyer who has held leadership positions in the Lynchburg and Amherst-Nelson Bar Associations.

This local knowledge is a key factor in our ability to resolve client matters as simply and efficiently as possible.
